Is there anyway that NSS can tell me whether this is happening? Where do I find that information?.. The Canon software utility (image transfer utility or ITU) that automatically downloads pics from the cloud to my home computer, however, will not start.. My Canon wi-fi camera allows me to upload pics to the Canon iMage Gateway, a cloud server, when I am away from my home computer.
I suspect my Norton Security Suite is blocking the ITU from establishing an internet connection, which keeps the program from starting.
